MN Drama, an award winning extracurricular theatre program, hosts two productions on the main stage each year. Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to audition for these productions, or to sign up to be part of one of the technical crews, or the live pit orchestra. MN Drama prides itself in the various opportunities that are able to be provided to the students to grow not only as performers, but as people. 

 

Marple Newtown participates in the Cappies of Greater Philadelphia Program, which provides reviews of local high school shows and sponsors an awards gala every May to honor the performers of the year.

At MN Drama, we are passionate about getting student involved and excited. There are opportunities to join this great organization as an actor, singer, dancer, musician, crew member, or even for advertisement, marketing, producing and more!
